Mighty Mondays – May 13th

It’s Monday morning and we’re ready to get the very most out of our week. If you are always a bit slow off the mark, or need to be eased back into the working week, then this 45 minute guided journalling session is exactly what you need. It can be hard to switch from your weekend self, straight into your business persona and mindset, and that is where these sessions can be invaluable to you. To help us be more productive and focussed, I will guide you through one of my very favourite exercises which helps to declutter the brain. It’s the mental equivalent of sweeping everything off your desk, into a box, and being able to put back only what you want to work on there and then. It’s great to work with a clean slate! So, what’s next? Setting some intentions to give us purpose and direction. These can be professional, personal or spiritual, or all three! I love doing these, they really give me clarity, what am I working towards in all these different areas and how can I bring them all together. By the end of the session you will have a clear purpose, a meaningful intention/goal and the mindset to go and get on with it and be amazing. These sessions run in six week blocks so that you are making that commitment to yourself, your vision and you business. See you there!
