Personal Training

The cycles of nature do not change.

If we let them, they can be our anchor through turbulent times, a fixed reference point that holds us steady when we could so easily come adrift.
Life can certainly chuck some curve balls at us sometimes and we’re often left with two choices – give up and deteriorate or fight and recover, or at least stabilise. For me, fighting and recovering was the obvious answer, but I know from experience how challenging, exhausting and scary that can be. And it’s not easy to do on your own.

Unfortunately there are only so many sessions you can have on the NHS before you are discharged. So what do you do next?
Have you got back to the level you were at prior to injury/surgery?
Are you unsure as to what is safe and appropriate to do next to keep you moving in the right direction?

With well over a decade of experience in working with clients who have a variety of injuries and health conditions, and many hours of specialist training under the guidance of top physiotherapists and movement specialists, I could well be your next step to making the best recovery that you can.

This is actually my favourite type of Pilates, because it lets me get really geekily into anatomy and functional movement and I can tailor a specific exercise programme especially to your needs. You can work with me via zoom (except for balance issues and limited mobility unless someone else can be with you), or in-person at my well equipped home studio.
To take you on your first steps to seasonal living we have an array of online resources and in-person workshops and retreats.
