Journalling is such a buzz word at the moment, but maybe you’re not really sure what it’s about, other than keeping a diary, or maybe you’ve tried it but it didn’t quite stick.
Being able to acknowledge and give space to our feelings is a very important part of mental well-being and emotional growth.
It helps us to find our authentic voice, become more resilient, reduce feelings of anxiety, stress and depression and to live a more joyful and purposeful life.
On this six week course you will get the chance to try out different journalling techniques, look at and discuss different journals that are on the market, and ask any questions that you need to.
Journalling can work at many different levels, some are quite easy and surface level. Others are deeper and can be very helpful in supporting you if you are already working through some challenging times with a health care professional.
